Check out is by 1pm. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but you can extend your day for an extra $100 TTD ($14.71 USD).

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, kitchen towels, dustpan and broom are provided in your apartment. Mops (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. Towels are changed after every 4 days. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 7th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
No. We have caterers we work with who can provide meals but our apartments are self contained, designed with kitchenettes for you to prepare your own meals.
You can order a catered meal, cake or pastries. Select from the add-on option when booking online or call us at 639-0543. You must book at least 10 days in advance for any special requirements.
